Mrs Larkin (not my mother) has been neglecting her responsibilities. So i'm gunna give this a go. This past week has been about putting things (techincal term) in the walls. We've got most of the phase 1 electrical, plumbing, and hvac where they need to be so we can get an inspection and move on to drywall and finishes.
The above are things in walls that makes somethings (poop) leave the house, other things turn on and the air conditioning work. (Megan told me not to use techincal terms).
Furring strips have been added to the second floor joist to level things out in preparation for Drywall. Now that most of the stuff is in the wall we can really figure out where the openings are going.

The tubs still hanging out above the washing machine, but at least a friend arived..This is the image on the box of the tub filler.
The 3rd floor bathroom windows should be going in this week. The bottom pane is frosted so the people on the street don't get too much of a show.
The kithen is soon to be no longer, hmmm more takeout.
